How deep do you grind a stump?
Most stumps are ground 6 to 12 inches below grade, which is deep enough for replanting or topsoil and sod.
Can you remove the roots too?
We can reduce surface roots and grind the stump, but larger underground roots usually decompose naturally over time.
Will the area be ready for new landscaping?
Yes. We backfill and level the area so you can seed, sod, or replant once the site is prepared.
